Pearl, Michelle, Joyce and I found some good informations about "the subarctic" it is an interesting topic. Our group prepared a presentation but it wasn't really good so we had to change it and make it in to a "straight forward", lists of facts. We didn't do quite a good job at first but at the end I think our project will be really good because of how much effort all of us put in it.
We also learned about different tribes. Well at first I didn't know much about tribes but the usual such as Algonquin, Hida, Micmac and Cree. (Our houses) At first I thought there were only a few tribes but NO, I was wrong there were A LOT OF TRIBES. But I'm still a little curious of if two tribes landed in the same place what will happen? Or maybe how did they name the tribes? OR how did you fit in a tribe? What specialty did you need in order to join the Algonquins (for example)?
